Macky’s Bayside Bar & Grill Officially Reopening

The Ocean City icon will be open for the season this Thursday, April 27th, 2023! 

Highwater Management, a hospitality and management company, recently announced that they took over the lease of the iconic Macky’s Bayside Bar & grill, the landmark, bayfront restaurant in Ocean City, Maryland. The opening team includes (L-R) Chris Parks, Jack Temple, Jared Teeters, Kenneth Purnell, Dan Levin, Corey Brown , Craig O’Neill, Liz Guillorn, Julie Hemp, Meredith Hoerner, Derek Cantwell and Jeremy Blackford in front.  

OCEAN CITY, MD. (April 24, 2023) — The good life at Macky’s Bayside Bar & Grill is officially back this Thursday, April 27th.   

Highwater Management, a Rehoboth Beach, Delaware-based hospitality management and consulting firm, recently announced that Macky’s will be kicking off its season on April 27th, the restaurant has been a staple in Ocean City since the 90’s.  

“We are really excited to see what the season has in store for us and are proud of the amount of work our opening team has done to get ready for the reopening.” said Dan Levin, Vice President of Highwater Management.    

The laidback atmosphere, delicious food, and waterfront dining is just part of what makes it the spot to be this summer. Macky’s General Manager, Julie Hemp, has exciting events planned for this season, like the Summer Halloween night and the Mardi Gras night. Macky’s officially opens Thursday, April 27th at 3pm and will be open through Labor Day.
