JACK TEMPLE, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Jack was born in PG County Maryland and grew up in Columbia, Maryland where he attended River Hill High School before attending Towson University, where he majored in Political Science.
Jack first started in the industry at a restaurant in Belvedere Square called Atwater’s. He worked his way up from serving to managing and helped open a new location where he learned a lot about the financial side of the restaurant business. The industry challenges, the teamwork aspect and the rewarding feeling of watching a young employee grow from a dishwasher to a line cook made Jack fall in love with the industry.
Jack started with SoDel Concepts in 2015 and helped open Matt’s Fish Camp Lewes in 2016. He worked alongside Matt Patton & Scott Kammerer who taught him how to build and lead a successful team, and what it meant to be a restaurant professional. From there Jack was promoted to be the General Manager at Bluecoast Rehoboth and then to be Director of Operations for the company, overseeing Fish On and Matt’s Fish Camp in Lewes and the Clubhouse at Baywood in Millsboro.
In 2022, Jack was promoted to be the Director of Operations for Highwater Management.
Jack currently resides in Lewes with his fiance, Kelci, and their dog, Oscar.
