CHRIS PARKS, CORPORATE CHEF

Christopher Parks hails from the great state of New Jersey.  He graduated from The Restaurant School in Philadelphia with a Culinary Degree in Specialized Technology. He began his career working for Capital Restaurant Concepts in Washington DC in 2002.  

In 2007 he moved up to New York City to work under acclaimed Chefs Tom Colicchio and, later, Andrew Carmellini.  Chris spent almost ten years working in the city fine tuning his craft and honing his culinary style. Chris moved to Coastal Delaware in January 2014 where he joined the SoDel team. Chris was the Executive Chef at Lupo Italian Kitchen in downtown Rehoboth before becoming a Corporate Chef for SoDel Concepts in 2018, overseeing all aspects of culinary operations at multiple restaurants.

In 2022, Chris was promoted to Corporate Chef for Highwater Management, overseeing all culinary operations for the company.

Chris lives in Lewes with his wife, Korin, their four children, & Labrador, Basel.
